| PAYMENT |
| Preferred Accounts: Our terms are net 30 days, with approved open account. Lenz requires 3-4 references from suppliers as well as your bank. For an application by mail or fax please call us or visit our website www.lenzinc.com. Generally this process can take 2-5 business days depending upon the response time of your references. |

| Bank Wire Transfers: For orders requiring bank wire transfer there is a $30.00 fee from the bank required to cover the wire transfer. |
|
| Credit Cards: Lenz also accepts VISA and MasterCard credit card payments via phone, fax, email or by mail. |

| SHIPPING |
| All orders are shipped FOB Dayton Ohio USA 45406. |

| Each evening Lenz in conjunction with UPS sends an email to each customer (to the address company provided) with tracking information on their UPS shipment. |
|
| Orders less than 150 lbs: These are generally shipped by UPS. |
|
| Orders over 150 lbs Or oversize items: These items are shipped via common carrier. |
|
| Value Added Drop Ship Service: Many times there are instances where shipping your order directly to your customer will save you time and money. Please let Lenz know your 3 rd party billing arrangements with your order.

| We are a manufacturer and as such, we sell only on open account recognized businesses with federal tax identification numbers. Possession of sales literature does not solely guarantee purchase eligibility. Minimum order is $50.00. Returned check fees: $25.00. |

| Damage claims: If you should receive a shipment that is freight damaged or missing items due to a broken box, contact your Lenz sales representative immediately. As the shipper we cannot file a claim for you. |
